At Applied Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality, research-grade products and a reliable customer experience. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Review Period
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seals intact
- The claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- The issue must be due to a verified error on our part, such as damage in transit, an incorrect item, or a defective product
Because our products are research-grade and sensitive to storage conditions, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or reconstituted
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Final sale or clearance items, where indicated at the time of purchase
- Orders where the claim is submitted after the 48-hour review period
4. How to Request a Return

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging if applicable.
Review and approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and confirm whether it qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund.
Return the item, if required
If a physical return is needed, we will provide shipping instructions. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Refund or replacement issued
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send a replacement, whichever was approved.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after inspection of the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item. Return shipping costs for approved claims due to our error will be covered by us; in all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Cancellations
Order cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Research-Use Products Notice
All products sold on this website are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. Refund eligibility is assessed solely on the basis of product condition, accuracy of the order, and compliance with this policy, and not on the outcome of any research application.
